Leagues, Officials, Clubs, Teams, Players, one platform.

Launching January 2027 We're onboarding our first clubs and leagues now.

HubForSport replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and paper teamsheets with a single system for registrations, fixtures, matchdays, referee reports, payments and discipline, built around how a real grassroots league runs its season.

Why do leagues and clubs choose HubForSport?

Most grassroots leagues already run on a patchwork of Excel, WhatsApp, paper cards and email. We bring the pieces into one system, so each person sees only what their job needs and nothing is typed in twice.

The whole league in one place

Clubs, teams, fixtures, referees, discipline and fines sit together, so the league secretary stops chasing information across five tools.

Built for referee and respect reporting

Match report cards feed a Respect table for every division, so clubs and the league see the same figures from the same source.

Discipline you can follow through

Charges, replies, suspensions and games served are tracked in one process, with the people involved told when something changes.

Payments without the chasing

Fines, subs and joining fees are charged to a card on file, and clubs can see what is paid, what is due and what is late.

Works on the touchline

The live match tracker stores everything on the phone first, so a dead spot at the ground doesn't lose a goal or a card.

One login for each job

League staff, club officials, coaches, referees, players and guardians each get a view scoped to their role.

One platform, whatever the sport

HubForSport isn’t built around one game. Each sport has its own positions, lineup layout, cards and match periods, so a netball coach picks a team by court position and a rugby coach by shirt number, one to fifteen. The same live tracker records goals, substitutions and position swaps, and cards and penalties where the sport has them.

Football

Choose from eight formations, from 4-4-2 to 3-4-3, and change shape during the match. Goals, assists, cards, penalties and substitutions are logged as they happen.

Rugby union

A fifteen-a-side lineup with positions one to fifteen laid out on the pitch, with cards and substitutions recorded in the same match log.

Netball

Seven court positions, goal keeper to goal shooter. The tracker follows who is where through substitutions and swaps, so a goal is credited to the player who was in position.

Hockey and more

Hockey and other team sports each get their own positions, scoring, cards and match periods, so the lineup and the match log fit the game you actually play.

Eight questions HubForSport answers

Grassroots sport runs on questions like these. Each one has an answer that doesn’t depend on someone’s memory, a wet piece of paper or a spreadsheet.

Matchday · Managers

“Is the player actually eligible to play?”

Registered. Eligible. Confirmed.

Registration, eligibility and suspension information is already connected to the player record. The manager confirms the matchday squad and HubForSport highlights any exceptions before the match.

Matchday · Managers

“It’s pouring with rain. Where’s the team sheet?”

Forget paper. Record the match live.

The match doesn’t need to be reconstructed after it has happened. Goals, substitutions, cards and other events are captured digitally as they happen, so there is no wet, damaged or lost paper to rely on.

Referees · Referee secretary

“Who’s the best referee for this match?”

Find the right official without the search.

Referee availability, distance, experience and suitability are brought together to help the referee secretary pick the right official, then confirm or reselect them straight from the fixture calendar.

Charges & fines · League

“Who still owes the league money?”

Charges and fines without the spreadsheet.

Charge, payment, outstanding, escalation, fine. Charges, notifications, payments, balances and fines are followed as one connected workflow.

Discipline · League

“What happened with that disciplinary case?”

Every hearing. Every decision. One record.

No more rebuilding a case from emails and files. Hearing requests, replies, meetings, decisions, fines and suspensions are kept together as one case history.

League secretary

“What do I need to deal with today?”

One view, not six places.

Instead of checking spreadsheets, bank information, emails and separate records, the league has one central view of what needs action, what is outstanding and where everything stands.

Fixtures · Everyone

“The fixture has changed.”

Change it once. Everyone knows.

A fixture change flows from the league to the club, team and official concerned, with the calendar and appointment details updated to match.

For leagues · Respect & referee reports

A Respect table the whole league can trust

Referees complete a match report card for every game, including Respect marks for both sides. The league sees every card, and each division gets a Respect table built from them.

  • Respect table per division, with the top twelve and the clubs below the cutoff
  • Referee marks by month, so the league can see who is reporting and how
  • Every referee card in one list, with a panel for the full detail of any game
  • The Respect report emailed to each club, laid out like the league's own summary sheet

One source of truth

Cards, marks and the Respect table come from the same records, so the numbers a club sees are the numbers the league uses.

Bring your history with you

Marks already recorded on the league's General Marking Form can be loaded, so a new season doesn't start from a blank table.

Print or download

Download a division's table or print it for the committee, without rebuilding anything in a spreadsheet first.

For leagues · Discipline

Suspensions and charges that don't fall through the gaps

From the first charge to the last game served, each step is recorded and the right people are told. The league can see where every case stands.

  • Import the league's suspension list and choose the players affected
  • Count games down as they are served, matchday by matchday
  • Notify the club and the player straight from the system
  • Charges and the club's reply sit in the same process as the fine

Matchday

A live match tracker that works when the signal doesn't

Grassroots grounds are rarely blessed with great mobile coverage, so the tracker is built to work through the dead spots. Nothing gets lost.

  • Goals, assists, cards and substitutions are saved on the phone the moment they are tapped
  • Events queue up and send in order when the phone reconnects
  • The match clock and the FA disciplinary code sheet work with no signal at all
  • Anyone following the live score sees updates as soon as the phone is back online

Matchday · Lineup

Pick the lineup on your phone

Build the team the way you would on a tactics board. Drag a shirt onto the pitch, or tap a shirt and then a position. The shirts take the colours of the kit you have chosen for the match.

  • Choose the home or away kit for the match and every shirt follows it
  • Pick a formation, or save your favourite as the team default
  • Tap a player on the pitch to swap them, move them to the bench or take them out of the squad
  • The squad tray shows who is available, injured or yet to reply, so you don’t pick someone who can’t play
  • Print the lineup as a one-page sheet for the match card

Payments & fines

Take payment for fines, subs and joining fees

Players and parents put a card on file once. Clubs and the league can then charge what is owed and see, at a glance, what has been paid and what hasn't.

  • Charge subs, joining fees and fines from the same screen
  • A payment history for every player and every club
  • Due, paid and overdue shown as clear statuses, not a spreadsheet column
  • Card payments processed by Stripe, so card details never sit in our system

For clubs · Registration & team management

Run the club without the admin evenings

Registrations, squads, training and player development live in one place, with approvals and reminders handled for you.

  • Online registration with approvals, so new players are checked before they play
  • Squad, lineup and matchday teamsheets, ready to submit
  • Training sessions, availability and RSVPs, with fitness and development plans per player
  • Documents and messages kept with the player, not buried in group chats

Websites & wiki

Your league and club websites, built from the data you already keep

Fixtures, results, tables and club details are entered once in HubForSport. The public websites, and the guides that explain how to run them, come from that same source, so there is nothing to retype and nothing to keep in step.

A public website for every league

Fixtures, results and tables by division, the clubs and officers, the league's rules and documents, and past winners, all read straight from HubForSport. The league chooses what to publish, and clubs can apply to join from the site.

A website for every club

Each club gets its own public site generated from the fixtures, results and league tables HubForSport already holds, so nobody has to build pages or update them by hand after a match.

A wiki that shows how it all works

Plain-English guides to every process, grouped by who uses it: league staff, club admins and coaches, referees, players and parents. Search it, and see what has changed on the What's New page.

Tell us about your league or club

Get in touch with a few details: how many clubs and teams, which competitions, and what you do today.

We load your season

Clubs, teams and fixtures are brought in from the information you already have, such as your fixture lists, and checked with you.

Invite your people

Staff, club officials, coaches and referees get their own logins, and players and parents are invited by their club.

What happens if there's no signal at the ground?

Nothing gets lost. Grassroots grounds are rarely blessed with great mobile coverage, so the live match tracker is built to work through the dead spots.

Saved on the phone first

Every goal, assist, card and substitution is stored on the coach's phone the instant it's tapped, then sent to the league in the background. Syncing never gets in the way of the game.

Catches up on its own

If the signal drops, events wait in a queue and go through, in order, as soon as the phone reconnects. Nobody has to re-enter anything after the final whistle.

Works without a connection

The match clock runs on the phone, and the FA disciplinary code sheet is built in, so a yellow or red card can be recorded with the right offence code even with no signal at all.

Open the live tracker before kick-off while you still have signal, and it's ready for the whole match. Anyone following the live score sees updates as soon as the phone reconnects.

How big are the servers, and how reliable are they?

HubForSport runs on professionally managed hosting in the EU, with the safeguards a league expects from the system holding its records.

99.9% uptime

Our hosting provider commits to 99.9% uptime, so the system is there on matchday and when fixtures and teamsheets are due.

Backed up every day

Automated daily backups are kept for 30 days, so if something is ever changed or deleted by mistake, it can be restored.

Hosted in the EU

Data is held in a professional data centre in Amsterdam, with 4 GB of memory dedicated to the service and room to move up to larger hosting as leagues join.

Created for the people who give their weekends to the game

Most league and club officials do this around a day job. HubForSport is designed to give some of that time back.

Less admin

Enter information once and it reaches fixtures, teamsheets, reports and payments without being retyped.

Fewer chasing messages

Reminders, replies and notifications are built in, so you are not the human reminder service.

A clear paper trail

Charges, replies, suspensions and payments are recorded, so you can answer "what happened?" in seconds.

Safer handling of data

People see only what their role needs, and documents are kept with the right player or club.

One conversation with us

Questions about your league go to the people building the system, not to a call centre.
