HubForSport/Club management software

Club management software, without the admin evenings.

Launching January 2027 We're onboarding our first clubs and leagues now.

Club admin tends to fall on two or three volunteers, in group chats and spreadsheets. HubForSport brings registrations, squads, lineups, availability, subs and fines together, and connects them to the league so the information is not typed in twice.

Matchday · Lineup

Pick the lineup on your phone

Build the team the way you would on a tactics board. Drag a shirt onto the pitch, or tap a shirt and then a position. The shirts take the colours of the kit you have chosen.

  • Invite the squad for a match and see who has replied, then pick a formation or save your favourite as the team default
  • The squad tray shows who is available, injured or yet to reply, so you don't pick someone who can't play
  • A player suspended by the league is greyed out with a note saying why
  • Print the lineup as a one-page sheet for the match card

Payments

Subs, joining fees and fines on a card on file

Parents and players put a card on file once. The club can then charge what is owed and see what has been paid and what is still due.

  • Charge subs, joining fees, event charges and fines from the same screen
  • A fine is never charged automatically: the club presses Charge, or waives it
  • Card details are held by Stripe, so they never sit in HubForSport
  • A card payment carries a small platform fee, and the club can choose to pass it on to the player

Matchday · Tracker

A live match tracker that works when the signal doesn't

Goals, assists, cards and substitutions are saved on the phone as they are tapped, and sent when the phone is back online, so a dead spot at the ground does not lose a goal.

  • Playing time, appearances and starts come from what was recorded in the match
  • On matchday the team manager can send the matchday card to the opposition, who check photo identity for each player and accept the card
  • After the match the team manager can mark the referee

Bans are respected

A suspended player is blocked on the matchday squad, with a note saying why.

Your club in the table

Your club's row is highlighted on the league table in every login and in the mobile app.

Juniors, parents and one login

Under-18s are registered by a parent or guardian.

Registrations and approvals

New players are checked before they play. Identity verification is reviewed separately from the approval, and consent forms stay with the player.

One login for each family

A parent can hold one login for all their children and see each child's schedule, payments and consent forms side by side.

The mobile app

Five tabs: Home, Fixtures, Team, Chat and Me. See what needs your attention, reply to invites, get directions, pay a charge and check season statistics.

Questions we are asked

Does my league have to use HubForSport?

Clubs get the most from it when their league is on HubForSport, because fixtures, tables, charges and suspensions are connected. If your league is not, get in touch and we will talk about what works for your club.

How are junior players registered?

Under-18s are registered by a parent or guardian. A parent can hold one login for all their children and see each child's schedule, payments and consent forms.

Are card payments safe?

Card payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never sit in HubForSport.

Can parents see only their own children?

Yes. Players and guardians see their own information, and team managers and club managers see what their role needs.

When can my club start?

HubForSport launches in January 2027 and we are onboarding our first clubs and leagues now. Get in touch to be considered.
