HubForSport/League management software

Grassroots league management software: one place for the whole league.

Launching January 2027 We're onboarding our first clubs and leagues now.

A grassroots league usually runs on spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp. HubForSport puts clubs, teams, players, fixtures, referees, discipline, fines and the league website in one system, so the league secretary stops chasing information across five tools.

Everything the league does, in one menu

Each job below is a working part of HubForSport, shown to league staff in one menu and scoped to their role.

Clubs, teams and players

A directory of the league's clubs and teams, with the league reviewing each new club manager's identity check. Load a whole league's players from a list in one go, without creating anyone twice.

Fixtures and results

Bring the week's fixtures in from Full-Time with a preview before anything is saved. Results, the league schedule and the league table follow.

Referees

A roster, availability calendars, a ranked shortlist for each fixture, and an electronic match card from the referee after the game.

Discipline

Referee cards, a Respect table for every division, charges, club replies, decisions and player suspensions, followed as one process.

Fines and payments

Fines are paid by card in the app. The league connects its own bank account through Stripe, which pays the league directly, so HubForSport never holds the money.

League website

A public site for the league and for each club, generated from the same fixtures, results and tables, with nothing to retype.

From set-up to the last game, in the order most leagues work

Each step uses the same records, so nothing is typed in twice.

Set up divisions and match teams

Add the divisions, then link each Full-Time team name to a team on HubForSport. A Suggest matches button does most of the first pass, and nothing is saved until you apply it.

Load the players

Upload or paste a list of names and teams. The preview shows who is new, who is already there and which teams are not on HubForSport yet.

Import the week's fixtures

Paste the fixtures, check the preview, then commit. A matchday already marked as played is never overwritten.

Appoint referees

Auto-fill proposes referees for open fixtures, or you pick from a ranked shortlist. The referee is emailed only when you confirm.

Read the cards, then charge and suspend

Referees complete their match card, and a poor respect mark emails the discipline secretary. Charges and suspensions follow, with games counted from the fixtures.

Publish

Fixtures, results and tables appear on the league's public website without retyping.

One login each, scoped to the job

League staff, club admins and coaches, referees, and players and guardians each get exactly the view they need, with nothing to configure and nothing to hide.

Questions we are asked

Is HubForSport only for football leagues?

It was built first around a football league, and the Full-Time features are specific to football in England. Rugby union and netball are also built in, and the tools for referees, discipline, payments and websites are not tied to one sport.

Do we have to stop using Full-Time?

No. Full-Time stays the official record. League staff copy fixtures and table snippets from Full-Time into HubForSport, so HubForSport works from the same fixtures your clubs already see.

What does a league need to get started?

A list of divisions, clubs and teams, and the fixtures for the season. A player list and last season's suspensions can be loaded from a spreadsheet. Get in touch and we will talk through your league's setup.

Can clubs see other clubs' information?

No. Each club sees its own players and charges. The league table is visible to everyone in the league, and league websites never show players' details, contact information, payments or discipline.

When is it available?

HubForSport launches in January 2027 and we are onboarding our first leagues and clubs now.
