HubForSport/Using HubForSport with Full-Time

Bring Full-Time fixtures and league tables into HubForSport, in a weekly step you control.

Launching January 2027 We're onboarding our first clubs and leagues now.

Full-Time stays the official record. HubForSport takes the same fixtures and tables from it, then shows them to every club, team manager, referee and player, and uses them to count suspensions and build the league website.

Fixtures

A controlled import, not a scraper

Full-Time does not allow automated fetching, so HubForSport does not scrape it. League staff copy from Full-Time themselves, and HubForSport shows what it would do before anything is saved.

  • Match the teams once. Suggest matches compares names for you: strong matches are pre-ticked, partial matches are left for you to check, and nothing is saved until you apply
  • Paste each week's fixtures, or paste each division's upcoming fixtures snippet once and refresh weekly. One paste can mix several competitions
  • Parsing writes nothing. Each row says what it will do: created, updated, no change, skipped because the match is played, ambiguous, or unmatched team
  • Commit creates or updates matchdays, only for teams mapped to a real team. A match already marked as played is never overwritten

League tables

Tables that are checked before they are saved

Tables come in once per division using the League Table code snippet from Full-Time. The snippet runs in your own browser and the rows it shows are sent to HubForSport. The server never fetches Full-Time itself.

  • A refresh saves and replaces that division's whole table
  • If no table is recognised, there are fewer than two teams, or wins, draws and losses do not add up to games played, the refresh is rejected and the previous table is left untouched
  • Position, points and goal difference are stored exactly as Full-Time shows them, with no recalculation
  • Every login, and the mobile app, shows the table and highlights the viewer's own club

The league schedule

Fixtures tagged with a division appear on the league schedule, with the final score once a match is played.

Questions we are asked

Why is the import not automatic?

Full-Time does not allow automated fetching. Pasting fixtures and refreshing a table snippet keeps the league in control and keeps within what Full-Time allows.

How often do we need to import?

Fixtures are a weekly job, and you revisit team matching only when a new club or opponent appears. Tables are refreshed per division, or all together with Refresh All Tables.

What if an import goes wrong?

Parsing never saves anything, so you can fix or remove rows first. A table refresh that does not look right is rejected and the previous table stays. Matchdays already marked as played are never overwritten.

Do the clubs need to be on HubForSport?

No. A team name that is not on HubForSport is left unmatched. Only teams that are mapped to a team on the platform have their fixtures created.

Does this replace Full-Time?

No. Full-Time remains the official record. HubForSport reads the same fixtures and tables so your clubs, referees and players see them in one place.
